  • Ideas and vendor suggestions according to budget, style, and personality  
  • Provide etiquette and logistical advice throughout planning process by email or phone  
  • Development of detailed wedding timeline, co-planned between client(s) and Coordinator  
  • Create and assist with processional order of ceremony (discussed 2-3 months prior to wedding date)  
  • Confirmation and coordination with all vendors (Communication with all vendors starts 2-3 months prior to wedding date)  
  • Wedding rehearsal supervision {1} hour maximum (Coordinator can lead or assist with Officiant)  
  • On-site coordination and supervision for up to {9} hours on the day of, $75 per additional hour.  
  • Assist with day of wedding décor and table placement (setup plan discussed 1-3 months prior to wedding, no surprises!)  
  • Meet and coordinate all vendors on site the day of  
  • Facilitate wedding ceremony -- properly line up processional and cue musicians  
  • Orchestrate day of event transitions (Event transitions discussed 2-3 months prior to wedding)  
  • Coordinate entertainment and all announcements with band/DJ/musicians, day of  
  • Assist with a plan of 'what is going where' at the end of the night and responsibility between vendor, venue, and client (discussed 1-2 months prior to wedding)
